Lauren Lanker is a blogger, author, and lover of all things heart-made. Since the inception of her blog, The Thinking Closet, in September 2012, she has shared over 75 gift-related tutorials and garnered over 9 million pageviews. Her projects have been featured on Apartment Therapy, GoodHousekeeping.com, CountryLiving.com, and Buzzfeed. Lauren's writing places an emphasis on creative risk-taking, embracing imperfections, and laughing along the way. As Dan Eldon said, "The journey is the destination." Thinking Outside the Gift Box is Lauren's first book; however, writing has always been one of her life's leading passions. She earned her Bachelor's degree in English-Writing from Wheaton College and her Master's degree in Educational Theatre from New York University.
